XZAKT Media Support Files and FAQ

All the Software and Office Addins created by XZAKT Media were developed using Microsoft Visual Basic.  On most occasions the required Microsoft controls and supporting DLLs will already be installed on your computer. If any 'runtime errors' occur or a program will not run due to certain files being missing this is easily resolved by installing the support files below.

FAQ

Inserting Multiple SlideShows into a Website or Single Page.
There are two things to take into account when inserting multiple slideshows to FP. The name of the XML file used and the name of the .SWF file when exporting. If the same name/s are being used for each slideshow then the new one will overwrite the last one exported.

Another option (if keeping the same names on .SWF and .XML) is to change the data folder name for each slideshow when exporting. Simply change these (XML file under the Slideshow options button when creating the slideshow, and .SWF name or data folder name when EXporting) and multiple slideshows should be a breeze. :)

My Import Files Are Saving As .ZIP! Whats happening and how can I import them?
For some reason import files are defaulting from our server as zip file extensions...they are supposed to save as .fxi!

There are two options to remedy this : Either 1) Rename the current download files on your PC from extension .zip to .fxi Or 2) Download again but right click on the link and use Save Target As.  When prompted with the save as dialog, change the file type from ZIP files to "All Files"....then they'll save properly with the .fxi extension. :)

Once saved as .fxi extensions, use the import facilities within the software, not winzip or such. Each piece of software (for the new SE versions) have import buttons that will bring in the .fxi imports
