Sick Man Becomes Author.
(By Andrew Brisbane)

Sick Man Becomes Author.

LITERATURE : In a news article that, when it comes down to it, will probably look like a huge add for self promotion (with some great comedy as usual) the Editor, Cartoonist and now Author of Laughsonline looks to be trying to drum up a new line of business. After several calls and much chasing, Laughsonline was able to score the first of probably no other interviews with Andrew Brisbane, the author of new book - LaughsOnline : The Book.

Interview begins 1:32pm

LOL : So Andrew, welcome.
ANDREW : Yeah ta...whats this all about anyway?

LOL : Your book!
ANDREW : Book...oh yeah. Wanna buy a copy?

LOL : Well we'd like to hear a bit about it first.
ANDREW : Hear about it! Whats the point of that...ya gotta read it. Theres no point to
me telling you about all 56 pages of it, or the almost 100 cartoons within. If I was to tell
you then maybe you wouldn't buy it, cause you'd know about it.

LOL : Okay then. Are you excited about it?
ANDREW : Well der! What do you think!

LOL : Well naturally one would be. Its not very often you can actually say that you've
published a book is it. So what about buying it? Where can we?
ANDREW : Is this going on a web page?

LOL : Well, yes it is as a matter of fact!
ANDREW : Good...Click Here!

Interview ends 1:34pm

Andrews peers have been quick to jump in on the first time authors case also. On Saturday, Feburary 20th, the LaughsOnline investigative reporter went on a picnic. It was very nice! After that, he proceeded to Central Square shopping centre to have a talk to some of Andrew Brisbane's fellow cartoonists. Although very short on comments regarding Andrews new book they were very quick to draw a few caricatures and tell a story or two about Andrew. "He's a sick man", was the most common comment from the gathering of artistic freaks. "I'll never forget that one he did of....of...well I vaguely remember he did a funny one once, I hope that one is in the book. It was really good...or maybe that was just the Footrot Flats strip I was reading this morning? Dunno....got 5 bucks on ya? I draw ya face!"

We wish Andrew all the best. And don't forget, you can order your own copy of LaughsOnline : The Book by clicking Right Here!
