Girl Reveals Simpsons Truths...
ENTERTAINMENT : Matt Groening, 'apparent' creator of the Simpsons, has come under heavy
fire over the last week since the discovery of a young girls primary school photograph
which included the Simpsons family, showing that they were alive and well prior to
Groenings TV launch of the families Springfield adventures.
According to ex Grade 1-2 teacher of St Pattiecakes Primary School in 1984, the family
were actually the imaginery friends of a student at the time. Groening has been accused of
"imaginery friend napping" by Clara Wannabuck, the then student, and may face a
hefty lawsuit if further evidence of the Simpsons prior association with Wannabuck can be
proven.
Wannabuck's lawyer in the case, Mr Lionel Crudtz, has commented, "All we need to do
is put some doubt in the jury's mind about Mr Groening. We really might have a chance of
winning...its amazing the manipulation you do on photographs these days with
computers...ooo, hang on...can you cut that last bit?"
Groening and his team of masterminds have failed to give to the pressure being put on them
by the accusations. "Wannabuck....Wannabuck, I think I know that name from
somewhere..", comments Groening, "...I think I used to go to school with a
Wannabuck...worst case scenario we'll settle with an offer that she can make a guest
appearance on the show as the illegitimate child of Santa's Little Helper who was lost in
some freak mishap and who then suddenly gets lost again when Homer accidently sits on her.
That sort of deal has worked in 4 outta five of these type of cases...who cares!"
Investigations are expected to continue over the coming month before the case finally gets
thrown out of court. Laughsonline is expected to come up with some better stories between
now and then also! .
